My work sits at the intersection of law, regulation, tax, and commercial structuring, the mix needed to move projects and deals forward in frontier markets.
I have advised the IFC, World Bank, USAID Power Africa, Deloitte, and RTI International, leading transaction advisory, regulatory reform, and blended finance engagements across more than 12 African markets. Based in Douala, Cameroon, and working fluently in English and French, I now advise private investors, DFIs, project developers, and governments directly as an independent expert
